We understand that sometimes things happen or circumstances change, and for that we are happy to provide a hassle free 60 Day Return and Refund Policy so you can have peace of mind.

Damaged Goods

Sometimes items travelling from afar can arrive with their packaging a little squished, but be sure to check the product first before making a decision. Packaging is tough, and so is your product.

If the product is damaged, contact us and attach a photo highlighting the damaged area and we will guide you through our simple process to make things right. We want you to be happy and your needs are important to us, so do not hesitate to contact us.

Non-damaged Goods

If the goods aren’t damaged, but you’d still like to return them for any reason, it’s not a problem at all. Please contact us explaining why you are returning the product and we will provide instructions for how you can return the product to us for a refund.

  2. When did the product arrive and what condition was it in?
  3. Why would you like to return this product?

Additionally, please make sure to attach a photo if the product is damaged so that we can properly assess it.
