If something does happen outside of the natural wear and tear that you would expect from a product after the 30-day Return Policy expires, we still want to know what happened. If you would like your tracking number, just let us know and we will be happy to send it to you. Please contact us by message, contact form or email and we will get the tracking number to you soon. Please keep in mind that depending on your location and the location of the warehouse, shipping can take a few weeks.
At Thortek, we curate and offer a wide variety of branded and unbranded products from around the world that we think people will love. Because of this, the shipping time depends on where warehouses and destinations are. We suggest that you give the product two full weeks to arrive and if it hasn’t arrived yet, we will check the tracking for you and give an update on its status. Keep in mind that the products are all shipped by fast air-mail, but they must clear through customs first. Some countries such as USA often have a quick turnover for customs, but for destinations such as Canada and the EU, expect the shipment to take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to get to your door unless the shipper is specifically from the EU or North America.
