Here at Thortek Outdoors we are well aware that the movement of people and merchandise is one of the many factors to raised carbon emissions in the world today.

According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency in their article Sources of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, all transportation including trucks and airplanes were responsible for 29% of the excess greenhouse gas emissions in 2017.

Clearly this issue needs to not only be resolved, but even more needs to be done for this problem to be reversed and Thortek wants to be part of the solution.

We not only commit to balance our own carbon footprint for the transportation of goods, but to bring that number up to 10% of our yearly profits. First we balance our transportation footprint, and then everything else goes to forest protection and carbon footprint reducing charities.

We search the internet and find great offers through wholesalers and manufactures. We do our best, bringing quality products together, finding the most reliable merchants, and customizing the products to make them shine. Where are you Located?

Thortek Outdoors is located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia Canada. British Columbia is a hot spot for all things outdoors–be it trekking, cycling, or water sports, so the environment around us was our biggest inspiration. The world is full of beautiful places waiting to be explored, and the limits are only as big as our imagination.

We are located in Canada, but we curate and source our products from locations around the world and ship to locations around the world.

Can I get a refund after the 30-day Return Policy expires?

Our hassle-free Return Policy is for the first 30 days after you purchase our product. We want you to be confident with your purchase and know that we are here to make things right so you can get back outside.

If something does happen outside of the natural wear and tear that you would expect from a product after the 30-day Return Policy expires, we still want to know what happened. Please contact us and include: the name of the product, the date and condition it arrived, and what happened with the product . We will get back to you and do our best to make it right.
